Marshall Cemetery at Federal Hill Incorporated is registered in Kentucky.
It was organized and will be operated exclusively for charitable purposes within the meaning of section 501(c)(13) of the Internal Revenue Code.
The particular purposes of the corporation are to own, operate and maintain the historic Marshall Cemetery located in the “Old Washington” section of Maysville, Mason County, Kentucky, which was established in 1793; and to do any and all things necessary, convenient or incidental to accomplish said purposes.
